Monitoring Schedules
As soon as a Schedule has been started, the Schedule Monitor is available. It provides detailed information on the progress of the Schedule and of the executions of its sub tasks. It allows you to modify some parameters in the Schedule definition and most of the properties of the tasks.
You can monitor any executed Schedule or a child object of an executed Schedule that you are authorized to work with. Authorities and permissions are set in your user definition.
Whereas the Task list in the Process Monitoring perspective provides information on the overall status of Schedules, whether active or not, it is the Monitor where you find useful details on running Schedules. The Schedule Monitor gives information on the current status and progress of the Schedule and on each and every task included in it.
During the execution of a Schedule, the monitor is dynamic; it refreshes every 60 seconds to provide the latest information on the status of its tasks.

What You Can Do
From the Schedule Monitor you can modify some of the Schedule settings and certain properties of the tasks, as long as they are still active; once finished, you cannot change them anymore. These changes affect that particular execution only. As soon as it is ended, the original settings apply again. If you want those changes to be permanent, you have to change the Schedule definition. See Schedule Objects (JSCH).
The Schedule Monitor is available as long as the Schedule remains in the Tasks list, also after it has ended. You can also use the Schedule Monitor to re-execute particular tasks.
